North Lakes Property Management's roots in the apartment industry began in 1988 when two co-workers formed a partnership and purchased an 8 unit apartment building in Anoka, MN.  They learned by listening to their residents and by taking care of matters with a hands on approach.

Our company has grown because we are good at what we do. North Lakes Property Management has 23 employees with over 90 years of combined experience. We manage 487 units in Minnesota and 324 in Wisconsin. We also own properties in North Dakota as well.

North Lakes Property Management strives to offer great remodeled apartments at affordable prices and our team oriented staff are dedicated to serving our residents, and are sensitive to their needs.
